We “KNN Kids Bookworld” take utmost care in providing you with a seamless, hassle-free and better shopping and shipping experience.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging in shipping of your products. The processing time may get delayed at times due to heavy order volumes or other emergencies.

PAN India Delivery:

• The Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the Order receipt. Shipment will be done from Monday to Saturday working days. Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking details Will be shared to your number.

• Delivery time will vary as below
• Chennai – 2-3 working days
• Tamilnadu- 3-4 working days
• south Indian states: 5-7 working days
• Central Indian states: 8-10 working days
• North Indian states: 8-10 working days
• Northeast states/Himachal Pradesh/Jammu and Kashmir/Ladakh: 10-12 working days

Shipping Rates:

We are Shipping through India Post. Standard Shipping charges are applied as per weight of product.
Example:
• Upto 500gms – Rs.45
• 500 to 1kg – Rs.65
• 1kg-1.5kg -Rs.85 likewise

Shipping address:

We go with the shipping address, email ID, mobile number mentioned in the order, in case there is a change, reach out to us within few hours of order placed. In case, you want the order with any special conditions like note, gift wrap or any other kindly reach to us ASAP after placing the order.

In-transit damages:

We take due care in packing the books and all our orders are packed with multiple layers of packing material. In case you find the books are delivered in a bad shape, books are damaged, pls reach out to us, we will do the needful as per our Return policy.

Order tracking:

As soon as we ship the order, a message will be sent to the customer with the tracking link. In case you’re unable to trace/track your order kindly get in touch with us timely before the parcel is returned by our courier partners. We will look into the same and ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

Reverse Shipping:

In case a package is returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, unsuccessful delivery, incorrect address, or any other reason the customer will have to bear both reverse shipping and reshipping charges. The order cannot be cancelled in such cases and no refund shall be provided. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the package if address and contact details mentioned at the time of checkout are incorrect.

Shipping restrictions:

At times, due to weather condition, Government regulations, there may be shipping restrictions to areas, in such scenarios, we will reach out to you and keep you informed.
